Our services

Sportslink delivers five connected strands of activity from Meath Gardens Park and in partnership with local schools, aligned with Tower Hamlets Council’s priorities for sport, youth work and community.

Sports & Leisure

We make full use of Meath Gardens Park’s MUGA, football pitch and green space to run a structured multi-sports programme for the local community, including Meath Gardens FC.

Youth Work

We provide safe, consistent and engaging activities for children and young people aged 13–19, with a particular focus on evenings and school holidays — the times young people most need somewhere positive to be.

Employment & Training

Our Meath Gardens site hosts CV workshops, one-to-one mentoring, employment training and volunteering placements, helping residents build the skills and confidence to move towards work.

Education & Coaching in Schools

Working in partnership with local schools, we provide breakfast, lunch and after-school sessions. We also offer Key Stage 1 & 2 tuition to the wider local community during midweek and weekend sessions.

Multipurpose Service

Our staff base provides general advice and guidance, signposting residents to Council and third-sector services. We also host coffee mornings for parents, and health and wellbeing sessions for the wider community.

CASI girls' football

A free, open programme we delivered between 2012 and 2017, and are bringing back.

CASI — free open girls’ football sessions, delivered with Tower Hamlets Sports Team (2012–2017).

We are pre-launching CASI again now, with free open girls' football sessions in partnership with Tower Hamlets Sports Team.
